We hope you love your pieces from Fye. Every item is made with care and designed for confidence — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You can return items that meet the eligibility requirements below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Items are sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns are made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Products are in sellable condition, free from marks, stains, or odors.
Unfortunately, returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.
Please include your packing slip in your return package.
Failure to include this may delay processing your return.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged.

Items missing original tags or packaging.
-
Gift cards.

Final sale or clearance items.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@fyeactive.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
UK & International Returns
We offer simple and easy returns for both UK and international customers through our Returns Portal.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for your convenience.

A £3 return fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method, excluding shipping and the return fee.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear in your account.
Additional Information

Refused or undelivered packages that are returned to us will be refunded minus the full cost incurred by Fye for the return.
